While we aim to serve as many locations as possible, some remote or restricted areas may fall outside the delivery zones of our logistics partners. Delivery Location: All deliveries are made to the ground-floor main entrance of your home or building only. Our delivery team is not responsible for carrying items inside, upstairs, or to specific rooms.

Access and Measurements: It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure that all furniture items will fit through doorways, staircases, and hallways prior to placing an order. Please check dimensions carefully before purchase.

Missed Deliveries: If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information or inability to access the delivery location, re-delivery charges may apply.
