All pakistan delivery: Maskan offers nationwide delivery across Pakistan. While we aim to serve as many locations as possible, some remote or restricted areas may fall outside the delivery zones of our logistics partners. Please note that certain products may have shipping limitations due to their size, material, or handling requirements. In such cases, delivery may only be available through express services to ensure safe and timely arrival.

Delivery Location: All deliveries are made to the ground-floor main entrance of your home or building only. Our delivery team is not responsible for carrying items inside, upstairs, or to specific rooms.

Access and Measurements: It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure that all furniture items will fit through doorways, staircases, and hallways prior to placing an order. Please check dimensions carefully before purchase.

Delivery Times: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the nature of the product. You will be provided with an estimated delivery date at checkout or upon confirmation from our team.

Missed Deliveries: If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information or inability to access the delivery location, re-delivery charges may apply.

Returns & Exchanges Due to the nature of our made-to-order and large-scale furniture items, our return policy is as follows:

Non-Returnable Items: Most furniture items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damage on Arrival: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with photographs, and we will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, cancellation requests may not be accommodated if production or shipping has already started.

Measurement Errors: Returns or refunds will not be accepted due to the furniture not fitting in your space. Ensuring the correct measurements are taken prior to purchase is the buyer's responsibility.
