In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image's colour.

Only a damp washcloth is recommended to clean the wood and rattan surfaces. Any type of cleaner containing harsh chemicals may subject the product to damage.
Please place all products away from chemicals or excessive water exposure in order to maintain quality.

By confirming your order you hereby acknowledge our policies and agree to stand by them. You acknowledge our shipping policy that declares we require a minimum of 25 working days for order processing, this does not include any delays caused by the third party delivery service during shipping and we will not be held responsible in case of any miscommunication between the client and the courier service. Once confirmed with advance payment, an order cannot be cancelled and/or refunded. We require 50% advance payment for order confirmation and the remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch. Any damages caused during shipping and handling must be informed to our team on Instagram or WhatsApp within 2 to 5 working days of receiving the package. Products damaged during shipping will be exchanged by our team free of cost, if communicated within the given time frame. Any orders damaged during shipping, delayed by the courier service or unprecedented factors such as national circumstances or import halts will not be refunded and will be delivered as soon as possible if not within our given time frame of 25 to 30 working days.
